Returns & Exchanges

At One Loved Babe, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original tags attached. Please note that clearance items, intimates, and accessories are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card via email within 5-7 business days for the value of the returned goods.
